Escrow cash sits in segregated client-money accounts at nominated banks. House operating money is a different book. The house routes instructions. It is not a bank on day one.
Nominated correspondents
Each corridor names a bank that can hold escrow, issue documentary credit and send authenticated SWIFT. Members fund and receive only through these names. Nested correspondent chains and third-country shells are refused.
